12-Month Limited Warranty

Scrap products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal intended use for 12 months from delivery, subject to the terms below.

What the Warranty Generally Covers

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that become apparent during normal, intended use within the warranty period.

What It Generally Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and consumable deterioration
• Misuse or use outside the stated intended purpose
• Accidental damage
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Improper storage or corrosion caused by unsuitable conditions
• Commercial abuse outside stated product specifications

Making a Claim

Contact customer support with proof of purchase, the product SKU, a description of the issue and reasonable supporting information. The product may need to be inspected before a remedy is approved.

Available Remedies

Depending on the nature of a valid claim and applicable law, a remedy may include repair, replacement or refund. This limited warranty does not reduce statutory rights that apply to consumers.
